By accessing and using DenMassage ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Platform.

2. Description of Service

DenMassage is a review platform for massage and spa establishments in Malaysia. We provide a space for verified users ("Insiders") to share their experiences and help others discover quality massage and spa services.

3. User Accounts

To write reviews, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Insider Status

Only verified "Insider" members can write and publish reviews. Insider status is granted at our discretion and may be revoked if terms are violated. We reserve the right to verify user identity and experiences to maintain platform integrity.

5. Content Guidelines

When posting reviews and content, you must:

Base reviews on your personal, genuine experiences
Be honest, fair, and objective in your reviews
Not post fake, misleading, or defamatory content
Not include personal information of others without consent
Not post content that is illegal, obscene, or offensive
Not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
Respect intellectual property rights

6. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you post. However, by posting content on DenMassage, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

7. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines.

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
Engage in any activity that harms users or the Platform
Post reviews in exchange for compensation without disclosure

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content. Reviews represent individual opinions and experiences only.

10. Limitation of Liability

DenMassage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform. We are not responsible for the quality or safety of services provided by listed establishments.

11. Business Listings

Listings on our Platform are provided for informational purposes. We do not endorse any specific establishment and are not responsible for the services they provide. Users visit establishments at their own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DenMassage harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
